By submitting payment to The King of Content, Inc. ("the Firm," "we," "us"), you ("Client") confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service in full. Your payment constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this agreement, including all policies set forth below.
These terms govern all services provided by the Firm, including but not limited to brand positioning strategy, content production, ad campaign management, coaching, and consulting.
Your selected payment plan (monthly installments or paid-in-full) is confirmed at checkout. All payment obligations are binding upon submission.
- Deposit as Onboarding Fee. The initial payment covers onboarding, account setup, content strategy development, and production scheduling. These services begin immediately upon payment and are considered fully rendered prior to the first filming date.
- Late Payment. If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days of any payment due date, a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per day will apply until paid in full.
- Payment Authorization. You authorize the Firm to charge the payment method provided at checkout — including credit card, debit card, ACH, wire transfer, or PayPal — for all current and remaining installments, plus any applicable fees.
- Services Rendered Per Billing Period. Each payment covers professional services performed during that billing period, including content strategy, creative direction, production planning, filming, post-production, and consulting. Services are considered fully delivered upon completion of each phase, regardless of whether final edited content has been transmitted to the Client.
- Personal Guarantee. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you personally, absolutely, and unconditionally guarantee all payment obligations under this agreement. This guarantee is irrevocable and survives any business closure, bankruptcy, dissolution, or change in ownership.
The Firm begins work immediately upon receipt of payment. Onboarding, strategy development, account setup, and production scheduling begin within 72 hours of your first payment. Because these services are rendered progressively and cannot be undone, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, changes in business direction, or early termination.
The Firm reserves the right to request payment in full and pause all services until payment is received, at its sole discretion.
You agree to resolve any billing concerns directly with the Firm before contacting your bank or payment processor. Filing a chargeback for services that have been partially or fully rendered constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
In the event of a disputed chargeback, the Firm reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend all services
- Retain all content, files, and materials produced
- Pursue the full remaining balance of the agreement plus any chargeback fees and administrative costs incurred
The scope of work is limited to the deliverables listed in your selected package at checkout. Anything beyond that scope requires a separate written agreement and may incur additional fees.
Deliverables vary by package and may include: Monthly Momentum Strategy Call, content ideas, monthly content calendar, Power Positioning Campaign ads, custom client portal, content shoot day, professional content editing, captions, custom Reel covers, weekly coaching and community access, growth coaching experience, content syndication system, and in-person intensives.
Monthly services must be completed within the allocated timeframe. There is no rollover or extension of unused services.

Communication outside of Slack — including phone calls, Zoom meetings, text messages, or in-person consultations not included in your package — will be classified as consulting time and billed at the Firm's standard consulting rate.
- Cancellation Fee. $550 if the Client cancels within one week of the scheduled shoot date.
- Post-Approval Edit Fee. $25.00 per video for any edits requested after the Client has formally approved final content.
- Extension of Services. Client delays beyond the scheduled filming day may incur additional fees at the Firm's discretion.

- Content will be ready within 21 business days of the filming date.

- Failure to respond within 72 hours constitutes acceptance of the delivered content.
- Revisions beyond 3 hours are subject to additional fees.
- Feedback must be submitted as a single, consolidated response within the 72-hour review window.
- Proof of Delivery. The Client's written approval of the content in Slack constitutes legally binding proof of delivery and fulfillment of the Firm's service obligations.
